[問題] 越跑越不喘,消耗的熱量會變少嗎?

板上的各位大家好。
最近跑步的時候發現,跟之前比起來好像比較不會喘了。
例如跑速一樣,距離也一樣是跑六公里的時候,以前會喘到受不了,現在卻沒甚麼感覺。
雖然很有成就感,但我心中一直有個疑問...
這樣的情況下,消耗的熱量是不是會變得比較少呢?我是不是要增加距離,跑得跟之前
一樣喘,才能夠消耗一樣多的熱量呢?
還是說其實沒有差別,不管喘不喘,只要跑的距離沒有減少就可以消耗一樣的熱量呢?
