[問題] 想問重訓的後燃效應

想問一下喔~
重量訓練後的後燃效應
只要重訓的當下有做到心跳會喘
並且有持續15~30分鐘就會生效了嗎??
類似游泳要做到這樣才有燃脂效果
然後持續時間平均是2天左右??
