看過大家推薦的歌單
也有估狗跑步英文歌單
(習慣聽西洋的)
看得有點眼花還找不到什麼適合的
什麼I dont wanna miss a thing這種的無法
我個人跑步無法聽慢歌
不管是暖身或拉筋的時後都是
通常我會先把覺得不錯的歌加入歌單
跑ㄧ兩次去配合看看感覺怎樣
不行的話就刪掉
條件是前奏不能過長
最慢十秒內進入歌曲
最也可以是第一秒就馬上進入的
樂風大概是鏗鏘有力或活潑的
節奏感重的
再來就是跑起來會覺得我最行我是歌后的感覺XD
要不就是歌手的歌聲渾厚好聽
哈哈條件不用全部符合啦
至少ㄧ項符合也可
