【問題】請問背肌練歪怎補救....
各位肌肉猛男大大好
小弟 因發現背部出力時 有點歪歪der
就十分擔心的去做檢查 照X光
結果檢查結果是 脊椎沒有側彎 反而太直....
所以 八九成是練歪惹.....
