[討論] 在家如何矯正駝背
大家好
先自我介紹
我是一位身高162cm 體重45kg女生
最近愛上慢跑 有時跑累了只能快走
(一次至少8圈.目前最多32圈)
其實只是想問如何矯正駝背
很久以前看過一篇文章說
若是手臂最頂端 也就是肩膀最尾段那邊 貼壁站時若是無法貼合牆壁 就表示為最病入膏肓程度的駝背了
(我就是這種情況阿QQ)
爬了好多文
都說貼壁站和訓練背肌 最有用
在家是否只能貼壁站呢
家裡無法重訓背肌吧??
(若有好方法 請教教我 拜託)
我自己會把兩手放在身後握握拉拉~
但好像沒什麼用
即便隨時提醒自己不要駝背
但總覺得我挺的是腰而不是背阿 囧
想問問各位板友還有沒有其他方法
幫幫我吧 拜託 謝謝orz....
