[討論] 體重跟慢跑速率的相關請益

大家好
小弟常在板上看許多人5K只要20MIN
對小弟來說像天方夜譚
小弟身高175、體重93、年齡29
目前最常跑的距離為3K,大概19MIN(只跑跑道)
平均每周3~5次
目前挑戰4K大約也是落在27MIN
有試過想加速一下。但這樣沒辦法讓我續航達4K
跑到一半會喘不過氣要變快走,然後再繼續跑
所以想請教,如果想提升速率
首要目標是不是體重先降
另外,曾經只看體脂變化,結果照這步調
前半年降5%,後半年2%,是否減體脂也有所謂撞牆期?

今日跑4K耗時 26MIN 44S,感覺這速度還蠻舒服的
曾經跑過7K花了55MIN左右
因為無法一口氣跑完,用跑走的頗累
版友一次跑7K是持續跑沒停下來走嗎?
PS.以後自稱可能要用朕、拎杯比較新潮
