[減肥] 跑步腳很不舒服求解
我之前有辦健身房的卡,選擇騎腳踏車來減肥,雖然大家都說腳踏車是懶人運動,但我確實靠騎腳踏車,花兩個月瘦10公斤,現在健身房到期了,家裡也買了跑步機,我就打算在家裡運動就好
But!我每次跑步腿都好不舒服喔!
我一開始速度會先調5.5快走10分鐘,之後會調7.2慢跑,最後在快走五分鐘,慢跑時間從20分鐘變成40分鐘
變成40分鐘後腿就很不舒服了,跑的過程中左膝蓋感覺空空的,雖然不舒服還是勉強跑完,但隔天就會不舒服,今天更誇張,才跑13分鐘左腿就非常的酸痛,酸到只能被迫暫停
我在想我是不是不適合跑步,如果我改成快走一小時會不會比較好
請問各位有什麼建議嗎?要改成快走還是堅持跑步呢?
