[討論] 體重有在降...但體脂都上升!!怎辦????

請問各位版友阿
平常每兩星期都會去量測一次體脂確認減肥情況
不過這幾次體重從72-->70-->69
體脂卻從22-->23-->24
顯然我減掉的都是肌肉而不是脂肪 oh NO!!!
會造成這原因猜想是因為過分飢餓導致肌肉流失.身體防護機制打開所致!?
不過平常減肥三餐照吃..並無選擇以飢餓來瘦身的方法
既然如此為何脂肪會攀升這麼快
花生啥魔術?????
因本身有在從事單車運動..猜想有時誤入山中!不容易找到補給點
這時的確容易在挨餓中騎車.是否是此原因造成呢??
像這類的問題我該如何著手呢??
最後想請問大家腰旁的肥肉大家都怎去除??好困擾喔 XDD
