[減肥] 做了幾天的核心體重不減反增...
有鑑於年假過太爽
肚子有增加的趨勢...(數字也有增加 orz|||)
因為又剛好面臨生理期 想慢跑也無法
只好先作一些核心看能不能"稍微"雕塑(?!)一下腰身...
殊不知!!!
做了幾天之後,體重不減反增....囧"
這幾天的飲食大約是
早 DIY鬆餅四小塊
午 湯麵或半個便當
晚 同午餐
因為不太愛喝水所以都買無糖飲料(茶類)
請問這個情況...是正常的嗎 QQ
補充: 174/66 體脂:28%
體脂是年前量的...可能有增加 orz|||
MC來不喜歡慢跑因為不是很舒服 XDD
核心主要做撐體或是空踩腳踏車那種不太需要大動作的
所以才覺得還OK
