[討論] 跑步的方法
小弟我最近開始接觸跑步(因為從開學到現在胖了5KG..)
這幾次跑步下來 有發現幾種跑法
1.墊腳尖跑(隔天小腿酸到爆炸)
2.小步伐高頻率
3.跨大步低頻率
可以分析一下各種功用嗎??謝謝?
PS 我怕跑步傷膝蓋
