我也是慢跑的一員
每天幾乎都有去跑 一天跑5KM 55分鐘左右
差不多跑了一個月了
但覺得體態好像沒什麼改變欸
體重沒有量 因為板友說先不要太在意體重
我想問說是要跑到3個月以上體態才會改變得比較明顯嗎?
