[討論] 晚上餓了喝阿華田可行嗎?
最近傍晚都會去跑步,大約跑個50分鐘+收操10分鐘
回到宿舍差不多7點半,就去全家買顆茶葉蛋+林鳳英小盒裝的脫脂牛奶當晚餐
因為剛運動結束,胃根本不想裝滿太多東西,
又說多補充蛋白質有助增長肌肉,因此這是我的晚餐最佳選擇。
但是到了快10點、11點,開始就餓了@.@
不過我都會自己去泡原味的阿華田來喝,因為喜歡喝濃濃巧克力口感,
所以大約有兩大匙的可可粉~ >_<
因為我會介於11點半~12點半這段時間內就寢,想問說阿華田算不算有糖飲料?
因為我發現它和美錄不一樣,裡面參雜了超多糖 T.T
我這樣喝會不會更容易讓脂肪堆積在身上呢?
