是幫我男友問的~~
他 168/84~
一年前我們剛交往時,他那時後還是學生,體重大概94左右~~
他那時後還有時間每天上健身房,但是自從到竹科賣身後...
上班時間為早上8點到晚上11點左右...
想也知道根本沒有時間運動~~
僅能靠飲食克制,但他經常覺得平常上班已經很累了,
就希望吃東西的時候好好的吃,我都盡量督促他在晚上七點前吃飯(公司餐廳)
週末有時間會盡量鼓勵他去游泳(他挺愛游泳的)
只是在沒時間又工作壓力大的情況下,體重很能再下降~
我們是遠距離,所以我也僅能在電話這頭叮嚀他少吃,或是睡前鼓勵他仰臥起坐三十下
有想過送他腳踏車,讓他可以騎去公司上班,因為路程很短,
但是之前看過竹科在上班顛峰時刻的交通情形,很擔心會不安全...
請問目前遇到的瓶頸有突破的方法嗎???
