[閒聊] 瘦大腿的方式對了嗎
因為我的大腿肥胖的比例 跟身體不符合
所以我每天跑樓梯
專門針對大腿
目前快兩個禮拜了
不過成效還沒看見
請問大家有特別的方法去瘦大腿嗎
可以分享依下嗎@@
我不想到健身房 也沒錢買健身器材
希望可以是平常生活就能做到的方法(像我所說的跑樓梯之類)
