22000大卡,就算全都是熱量最高的純油脂
也要2.4公斤左右,換算成體積大約將近2.9公升
相當於是一般家庭做菜用的沙拉油一整桶的容量
如果一口氣喝這麼多的話應該會直接拉肚子吧...早就超出正常消化的極限了
如果是吃一般的食物那就更不可思議了
因為一般食物裡面除了含有熱量的成份之外還會有水分、纖維等等沒熱量佔空間的東西
體積只會比喝油大好幾倍
要吃下22000卡,除了催吐之外我想不出什麼方法了(但那也不是真的吃下去就是了)
如果你說的是真的,那我想你比較需要去看身心科...
