日常作息時間:大約凌晨1點睡 六點半起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:之前有慢跑五千公尺大約34分跑完,
可是天氣不穩或者有時候晚上有聚會就會懶得跑了
假日會騎腳踏車去五指山來回約65KM 騎四小時
我的問題:我想在三個月內瘦20公斤,應該要加強些什麼,
仰臥起坐一天做幾下比較適合,飲食內容要再調整什麼呢
