因為自己的目標是要每日吃到160g蛋白質,加上可以在家料理,所以目前主力是好市多雞胸
肉、冷凍鯛魚片以及無鹽的鯖魚罐頭。
前一晚或早上,將約400g雞胸肉逆紋切成條狀後加入【鹽麴】,之後可以直接用少量油乾煎
,不用再加任何調味,就能吃到軟嫩多汁的雞胸~這樣我是當做80g蛋白質。
鯛魚排就是煮簡單魚湯(薑絲、蔥花、香菇),鯛魚排約300克,當做60g蛋白質。
無鹽水煮鯖魚罐頭則是在清炒地瓜葉起鍋前關火,將湯汁倒掉只把魚肉拌入,也是不用調味
就好吃。鯖魚罐頭包裝上標示蛋白質約30g。
早餐就是兩個雞蛋(荷包蛋或水煮),搭配無糖豆漿或高蛋白牛乳400ml或是地瓜、燕麥。
其他時間的點心就是水果或無鹽核桃。
主要就是一天早中晚各喝400ml約20g蛋白質(豆漿牛乳交替),剩下用雞肉、魚肉及雞蛋補足
。
