[問題] 懷疑自己過度訓練了,該如何調整
各位版友大家好,由於近三個月每個月都有生病一次,跟以往一年生病一次的頻率差太多
。此外,有時候晚上睡眠有睡滿8小時且沒有晚睡,結果隔天早上起床依然感到疲倦或是
會比預期的時間晚起床。雖然就算如此,每次健身的次數基本上都能比上次進步,但我懷
疑自己是不是過度訓練了。目前的課表是一週訓練六天,推拉腿兩循環,推日會有8個動
作(胸3個&肩3個&三頭2個)、拉日會有5個動作(背3個&二頭2個)、腿日則是4個動作,
每個動作皆做3組,每組皆做到力竭,想詢問大家該如何調整自己的課表以避免過度訓練
