看前面深蹲硬舉的討論串中,壺鈴大跟部份巨巨都提到如果非健力比賽選手,“只需要”
練RDL就好……
聽起來傳統硬舉似乎是比RDL更進階的動作,想進一步請教巨巨們:
1. RDL和傳統硬舉相比,是能降低哪方面的風險嗎??
2. 傳統硬舉所訓練到的有哪個部位是RDL練不到的嗎??
