[問題] 助跑單腳與雙腳跳
小弟身高體重178 78練腿的目的就是想要灌籃目前深蹲到105KG硬舉110KG
可是從只能蹲60到現在蹲到105感覺跳的高度並沒有太大的改變……
最近練習跳的時候發現用右腳跳明顯跳的比左腳還要高……
但是看了很多灌籃的影片包刮國內170公分灌籃的影片發現他們灌籃都是助跑後用雙腳起
跳
但是我用助跑雙腳跳並不會比只用右腳高甚至更矮……
而且只用右腳跳隔幾天右腳脛骨那邊都會不舒服,請問是我跳的方式不對嗎?
