[問題]椎間盤凸出與肌力訓練已刪文
本身有椎間盤凸出的問題(輕微 但為了去除那一點點的不舒服感 去看好幾次)
去過幾家大醫院 幾次下來的結論是
除非開刀 無法根治 只能好好保養腰椎
別讓他繼續受損(醫生看我年輕也都一付這又沒什麼 就好好休息就好的感覺)
沒發做時就跟沒受傷一樣 但本身又愛好運動 也長做一些肌力訓練(自從醫生建議別做
機械重訓就多改為徒手訓練)
現在一個星期大概是兩天慢跑有氧 三天無氧肌力 兩天休息的菜單
但最近在做伏地挺身時 做完腰的右後方常會出現酸的情形 不知是否是核心肌力不足 還
是本身椎間盤的問題所導致?
想請問版上有無相似狀況的大大 能分享或建議一下 椎間盤受傷該如何正確的做肌力訓
練 感謝!
