[問題] dip的正確方式?
問題如標題,因為以前看過有人提到這個動作做不好會傷肩膀,就沒再做
因為最近想開始練一些自體負重的體操訓練,於是又重拾這個動作
想請問正確的dip應該怎麼做呢?是上身前傾,手肘夾緊嗎?要夾多緊呢?還有什麼要注意
的嗎?
ps:我說的dip是雙槓dip,練這個是想增加自己在雙槓上的活動能力
