(Snatch)是一個複雜的動作,但對於籃球員來說,它也是最好的動作之一。它在你身上加
上負荷,動作十分近似於你在搶籃板或是跳投的動作。對於預防比賽中所有跳躍及切入的
受傷,這型的訓練十分重要。
籃球員愈強壯,當他們在落地或是改變方向時,在季中受傷的可能就愈少。就像了掌握完
全的跳投一樣,正確的進行抓舉的練習。一個動作同時移動許多的關節,髖及膝關節快速
的伸展所產生足夠的力量來把槓拉到頭的上方,然後抓住槓。
許多教練不喜歡抓舉動作,因為它需要花時間來教練,但花這時間是值得的。若運動員在
職業生涯學會抓舉,在他們末來的訓練計劃中,要增加奧林匹克舉重的動作就變的更為容
易。以下是四個抓舉的變化式,由簡單到困難,這都有利於籃球運動。
1. 單手啞鈴抓舉(Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatch):每邊 3~4組 x 5~8次
2. 肌肉抓舉(Muscle Snatch): 3~4組 x 5~8次
3. 瞬發抓舉(Power Snatch):3~5組 x 2~5次
4. 分腿抓舉(Split Snatch):每邊 3~4組 x 3~6次
