[問題] 請問女生如何訓練握力?
8月份體檢,需要測握力35kg
我有買一個可調重量的握力器回來練習
目前極限大概是20-25kg而已..離標準還有段距離
請問做哪些訓練適合女生強化握力呢?
我聽說拉單槓有幫助..但我連一下都拉不上去..orz
