小弟健身快兩年了
因為都是自己摸索
剛開始在學校練
後來去信義運動中心
現在在健身工廠信義廠
以前姿勢都會有錯誤而且死不練腿:P
後來努力爬文請教別人
這幾個月都是用底下的課表操
有逐漸步上軌道的感覺(泣
然後最近愛上squats了!!!
而且練腿後以前膝蓋的舊傷完全不痛了!!!
然後身高177cm體重80kg體脂率12.5%(之前常跑長跑的時候最低是9.6%)
請各位大大幫我看看菜單
訓練前N.O.-xplode
訓練後cellmass+ON
睡前BSN syntha-6
練六休一
周一周四
胸(上中下胸飛鳥各4sets) 三頭 10sets(選兩種動作各5sets) 肩膀 8sets 有氧30分鐘
周二
蹲舉 9sets 腿(leg press 6sets+leg curl 8sets+leg extension 6sets+standing calf
8sets) 腹 8sets
周五
硬舉 9sets 腿(leg press 6sets+leg curl 6sets+leg extension 8sets+standing calf
8sets) 腹 8sets
周三周六
背(lateral pull 12sets+seated row 8sets) 二頭 10sets(選兩種動作各5sets)
周日
休息~~~
強度都是8RM
組間休息60~90秒
