[問題] 如何掌握核心用力的感覺?
上週去體驗trx,教練看到我的肩膀跟下背部說我這兩個地方的肌肉很緊繃;做trx的時候
我出力很容易先聳肩,導致要鍛鍊的部位沒有鍛鍊到;下背部緊繃也會有腰痠的現象,還有
我挺胸收小腹的時候腹部也是軟的,完全掌握不到核心肌群用力的感覺.
想請教有沒有什麼簡單的動作可以讓我比較容易去感受到核心肌用力的感覺?
