[問題] 想請問這樣是正常的嗎?
小妹以重訓+少量多餐一個禮拜
體重上升0.9公斤 體脂下降1.1%
看到網路上有人說這樣是"怪胎"
因為肌肉跟肥肉不可能短時間效果那麼好
小妹現在攝取熱量約1800~2000
一周四天分別訓練胸肌 大腿前後 下腰跟腹肌
其餘兩天至少走路半小時
請問我的效果是真的嗎?
這樣的做法有無改進的地方?
