[問題] 想釐清一點觀念..
我在板上爬到的文跟置底所說的
都是說先重訓再有氧(理由是比較有力重訓?)
但是我室友說(另一個,不是我上一篇文中肚子很大然後說自己大腿超壯的那個胖子)
他弟弟之前是醒X籃球校隊
他弟弟跟他說,應該先跑步再重訓
重點來了,他弟說這樣子重訓比較"有效果"
想詢問一下,是否有此說法
還是我又聽到一個怪力亂神的說法了
