[問題] 當兵前的準備
就我所知
當兵要練的有三千,單槓,還有丟手榴彈
三千的話靠每天慢跑就能訓練出來了
可是現在單槓我連一下都上不去= =
不知道要怎麼訓練比較好?
之前問過一些人
她們說要練背肌
但當我練完單槓後都無法感覺到肌肉用力的地方(拉到沒力)
是我用錯方法還是我的訓練強度不夠?
手榴彈我也不知道要用什麼練比較好
感覺比較像是需要身體的協調性
光靠練手臂沒用
之前有去過台北健身院看了一下
不過沒有短期的會員
所以想問一下板上有沒有人可以便宜賣我票
讓我能在當兵前一兩個月好好練一下ˊˋ
