他們是要一個美國的帳單地址跟電話
或許你可以把帳單地址設你美國朋友家的試試
之前的經驗是
有時候台灣的銀行會以帳單地址不符拒絕授權
有些比較隨便的銀行就會讓你直接刷 (中國信託好像蠻好過的)
