[問題] 急問!關於信用卡不過
請問一下
我用了信用卡在Gap網站購物
結果寄了這封信給我
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders placed with international
billing information. In order to process your order using the credit
card provided, your issuing bank is required to have an "alternate US
address and phone number" on file. This information will be used solely
for verification purposes and is not intended to replace the existing
international billing address and phone number on file.
那他是要誰的地址跟電話呢
是我銀行的美國分行的嗎 還是還是我必須要有自己美國的地址和電話
我是寄到美國的朋友家去的
