[閒聊] 大家覺得最有用的飲控小撇步是什麼?
想問問大家,在飲控這條路上最有感的小技巧是什麼?
我自己是餐前先喝一杯溫水或一瓶無加糖豆漿。
因為常常外食,蔬菜攝取真的很容易不足,
所以後來都固定喝統一無加糖高纖豆漿,一瓶大概有8g膳食纖維,飽足感蠻明顯的,正餐自
然吃比較少。
