我來打破大家說減肥70%靠飲食 30%靠運動的迷思
我這一個月是以「30%飲食+70%運動」為主
結果瘦了10公斤,自己都嚇到,也有可能是因為我是大基數?
飲食部分其實沒有到很極端,講白了就是我管不了自己的嘴^^
就是把早餐店那種漢堡、蛋餅換成地瓜、茶葉蛋
飲料或手搖就換成黑咖啡或無糖豆漿
然後晚上七點半後盡量不吃東西
嘴饞就喝水或熱茶,把自己喝飽
重點是運動!我有報WG 大概一周去4次
除了重訓,還會跟朋友一起去各種團課玩
錢都花了,不去白不去XD
假日如果天氣好會跟朋友去爬山或打網球、排球
多點其他運動,多點樂趣
在痛苦中享受快樂,也是減肥必經之路XD
