[問題] 飲控還有運動,結果還胖2公斤? 求解
我去年的時候是106公斤
後來靠著飲控跟運動
減到了84公斤(今年四月中旬)
然後在84公斤卡了2個禮拜
想說是不是代謝率降低了
所以吃個欺騙餐,看能不能提高代謝率
在4/27的時候跟朋友聚餐,吃大餐(欺騙餐)
然後這幾天的午餐吃比較大顆的地瓜、晚餐都有多吃一顆蛋(因為有時候晚上9點多就開始有餓的感覺)
這樣調整飲食,確實是可以撐到吃晚餐跟隔天吃早餐
結果今天量的時候
還比4/27多2公斤???
我這幾天的菜單如下:
早餐:2顆茶葉蛋、300cc的鮮奶
午餐:1顆地瓜、1份燙青菜、1份豆干、1顆茶葉蛋(燙青菜、豆干都沒加醬油或肉燥)
晚餐:蛋白盒子餐盒(少飯)、芭樂1顆、堅果約10顆
實在很疑惑為什麼這麼節制了,結果還胖2公斤??
這幾天只多吃1顆蛋,還有地瓜吃比較大顆的
就能胖2公斤??
心情差到芭樂跟堅果我也吃不下了….
求解@@
