[問題] 除了少吃多動還能再做什麼?
開始減重初步取得不錯的結果
頭一個月就是簡單的少吃再加上小感冒食慾降低
有空的話也會跳個tabata
體重很快就掉兩公斤 褲子也明顯變鬆
但現在感覺是進入傳說中的平台期卡關
雖然有管住嘴邁開腿 少吃一點碳水、澱粉
但還是沒有任何動靜
而且工作的關係滿難再增加運動量
頂多就是偶爾飯後不會癱軟在那邊 起來動一下
想問問 突破平台期 瘦下去漂亮一點 還能做什麼努力嗎?
