[問題] 常見熱量消耗表
非數據魔人或什麼熱量精算師(先打預防針)
想請教常見的
運動30分鐘所消耗的熱量
此項數據的表格是不停歇運動才能達到
接近的消耗量嗎?
例 (60KG)
快走、健走(6.0公里/時)
165大卡
慢跑(8公里/時)
246大卡
跳繩(慢)
252大卡
跳繩(快)
378大卡
因為有氧(心肺)偏差的關係
想找個效益高又方便的運動
目前看到的是跳繩(比較不限地點)
但跳了一兩周遇到的問題是
可能我自己實際的運動時間是15~18分鐘
這樣是不是要在此項表格的數值
還得再 x0.5 x0.6 才是我實際的消耗值?

順便發個日記文(x)
目前可以戒手搖飲但還是愛吃零食
以及有氧完一定要喝一杯糖水或果醋飲xd
但從上次發文到現在
改變飲食(戒糖/少糖)再搭配運動
量測下 腰圍有縮減好幾公分了(大多胖在肚子)
(果然還是吃>>動)
所以是想著 短期戒不掉垃圾食物
就多動一天 再順帶拉高運動效率
所以才想問的比較精細一點
故有此一問
