[討論]體適能的順序?
近日開始上健身中心想讓身體線條跟體重降低.
有下列問題想請教大家.
1.先跑步? 還是先練器材?
我大概抓2小時為整段運動時間,分配1小時健身,1小時健身.
但不曉得跑步跟健身的先後順序會有差別嗎?先有氧與無氧的順序.
2.健身項目的順序?
下半身全部做完(臀部,大腿..)->上半身? 或是上半身,下半身可輪流交替?
