[問題] 心肺功能變好導致有氧心率區間很難到達
今年過年後開始實行減重
由於本身算不太自律管不太住嘴
所以飲食上除了食量減少3成外
其他如麵包、手搖飲、炸物之類東西則完全沒在忌口
運動方面由於是大體重所以先以
快走的方式來進行
一週5~6次,一次1~1.5小時
假日還會加碼成早晚各一次
6個月的時間從115kg減到目前的93kg
減重的效率雖不怎麼高,但一邊減重一邊還可繼續吃著平常愛吃
的東西,也算很知足了
只是走久了導致心肺功能越來越好,從剛開始10分速內心率就可達130,到現在9分速心率還
不一定破百,就連極限8分速也很勉強的剛過120而已
如果要達到有氧區間的心率只能靠慢跑,不過每次跑完總是要休個1~2天不然膝蓋頂不住,
不像快走那樣可以每天走
所以想問問大家是否要繼續快走
等體重再輕點再跑還是直接以跑一休一慢跑的方式進行下去
