[討論] 低密度膽固醇稍微超標要如何調整?
大家好 我是曾經血糖噴到1500差點死亡的阿肥
今天醫院新陳代謝科回診
來看上週去抽血的報告
數字裡面只有一個紅字
就是低密度膽固醇111
醫生叫我控制到100以內
我目前已經每天運動 健康飲食 不喝含糖飲料
目前就只會喝 水 早上黑咖啡 無糖豆漿
基本上不吃油炸 麵包 飯和麵
運動就是每天游泳2000M以上 要不然就是跑步跑5K以上 兩個選一樣
目前已經連續運動400多天
已經控制成這樣 低密度膽固醇還是稍微超標
想問一下各位健康友 要怎麼做才可以把低密度膽固醇壓下來?
