昨日健康YT飲食
重點吃飽喝足的降體脂,體態大改逼人換褲子!
看起來長期略鬆懈的執行應該是可以的吧?
飯前喝一瓶水(胃空間-30%)
然後優先吃肉與蛋(胃空間-15%)
然後再來個蔬菜吃到8分飽(胃空間-30%)
最後再吃飯(胃空間-15%)
飲食執行面來看,
就餐前飲2瓶水有點討厭
中午便當有飯,晚餐不要有飯.....
