[討論] 開始控制飲食了 為何沒瘦
想減肥開始控制飲食,
都盡量吃原型食物很少油炸
早餐:果汁500cc(有水果很健康)
或全脂鮮奶500cc(牛奶很健康)
白吐司加果醬(應該比麵包健康)
或肉鬆蛋餅(有蛋有肉很健康)
或堅果一碗
午餐:水餃15顆(都水煮的熱量應該很低)
+皮蛋豆腐+燙青菜
下午想吃點心
就吃蘇打餅(比洋芋片健康?)
或水果蜜餞(比糖果營養)
晚上吃滷味(比炸的熱量低),
或麻醬涼麵(很清爽應該比乾麵健康)
這樣應該算控制飲食了吧,怎都沒瘦
