[問題] 三色豆當主食
查了一下網路發現青豆跟玉米都有澱粉
整體來說是澱粉偏高的配菜
那如果把三色豆當主食
同時攝取到碳水跟膳食纖維
其他只要考慮蛋白質就好
請問這個方法是可行的嗎?
只吃青豆會不會膳食纖維不夠...
本人喜歡吃三色豆 沒在反串
