[減肥] 新手減肥,求批!

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:茶葉蛋一顆+無糖豆漿or無糖拿鐵 (便利商店)
午餐:自助餐or日式定食or自帶便當
(飯半碗+菜2.3樣1.5個手掌+肉1.5個手掌+蛋一顆)
晚餐:菜2個手掌+肉2個手掌+湯1碗 (自煮)
下午:會喝無糖茶+餓了會吃1把無調味堅果(腰果+夏威夷豆+杏仁等)
日常作息時間:1:00-8:00睡眠
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:(是/否)

運動習慣:晚餐1hr後慢跑3.3公里,約跑35分鐘,跑完吃1顆奇異果or1根香蕉。
我的問題:
一開始靠沒吃澱粉3個禮拜瘦2.5公斤(第1個禮拜就瘦2.5公斤,兩個禮拜都維持),嗚嗚嗚
我知道錯了!
第四個禮拜開始正常吃(上述飲食)+運動,正常吃就有增加1公斤。
想要將減脂到正常28(6公斤脂肪T^T),請問大家這樣的計畫有什麼需要改善的嗎?
