重點:
1.短期減肥,靠有氧或高強度有氧,重點是要你身體不適應,如果你已經長期有氧了,增
加強度吧。
2.長期減肥計畫,唯一解重訓,你可以一直提升你的重量跟訓練量,比起有氧可以練一輩
子。
常見錯誤:
1.這版有不少這種的,已經不胖了要降體脂肪,其實需要更高強度的運動跟飲食控制,一
個160,50公斤的女生,可能很努力2個月才能減3~4公斤,每週平均減的體重不到0.5kg又
很愛量,然後說自己卡關,建議看體態不要再執著體重了。
2.本來體重很重的人算tdee飲食控制減重,當你減了10幾公斤重後,你的tdee會改變,記
得要重算,不然一樣會胖。
3.減肥減太久身體代謝下降,是該讓自己休息做refeed或開始重訓增肌了。
