[問題] 鐵板燒到底健不健康?

最近健身運動完,
有點迷上吃鐵板燒,
高麗菜,豆芽菜,半熟蛋,
主餐洋蔥炒雞里肌肉(或雞腿肉),
或是魚肉去皮/海鮮,搭配白飯。
不喝附的湯跟有糖飲料。
這樣算是健康的一餐嗎@@?
看起來體重/體脂肪都很穩定,
有想到疑慮應該是爆炒的油/醬汁的鈉……
