[心得] 如何感覺到運動時的快樂
覺得無法感受到運動時的快樂
雖然理論上 還有多數人的經驗上 都告訴我運動能讓人放鬆 產生快樂的感覺
但我始終覺得無法體會 甚至心情更不好
雖然我算是有在保持運動的人 全馬半馬三鐵都經歷過了
但總覺得那是用意志力去對抗維持下去的 不運動不行
而不是因為感覺到喜歡 或是舒服
或許是因為挫折感 常常在運動中感覺自己很弱
怎麼這樣就不行了 怎麼都沒有進步 或者今天又失敗了
想到自己這麼弱 心情就很不好
下意識就會想逃避這些事情
運動變得像是打擊自信而不是增強自信的行為
雖然我還是可以用意志力去克服這些事情
但是缺少發自內心的滿足感
那就變成像種"工作" 而不是"休閒"
不知道要怎樣才能感受到那種"舒暢"的感覺呀?
運動的快感真的是莫名就會產生的嗎?
