[閒聊] 有氧運動瘦xx部位
想討論一下,版上的精華文章說有氧瘦全身
假設我想瘦小腿,然後每天跑步,如果我的脂肪量偏高,脂肪降低肌肉增加,那小腿不就
瘦的比其他部位來的多嗎?
為什麼會說沒有只能瘦一個部位的方式呢?

各位的回覆我都看了,不好意思可能是我表達的不夠完善,我想問的是,假設我慢跑不做
其他運動,腳的曲線不會比身體先出現嗎?
