[心得] 打羽毛球瘦身兼健康
打羽毛球會瘦很快,
算是高強度間歇運動,
不過要和高手打,
我還有找教練教了兩年,
一週打二到三天,
一次兩小時,中間有休息,
效果不錯,體能變好,
但是肌肉不會變大,
你看世界級選手都瘦瘦的,
跑步騎車容易覺得無聊,
打羽毛球比較有趣。
