[問題] 跑步與體型

從去年暑假開始跑步,大概是跑操場八到十圈的程度
中間隔了快一年沒跑,今年暑假再度開始跑起來,也覺得有趣,
所以越跑越多圈,最近剛剛進入12k。
原本我的體型是看起來瘦,四肢也很瘦,
小腿的形狀就是一般沒有運動的高瘦女生常見的形狀
有些人會稱讚腿很美。
主要的脂肪集中在小腹,因為衣服藏起來,所以看不到。
開始跑步的頻率是七月初比較常跑,大概是操場八到十圈
一個禮拜兩天左右, 接下來七月第三個禮拜,開始密集跑步,
也開始測距離,大概7~8k,每個禮拜三天左右,
然後八月初開始進入10K,之後大概就是10~12k。
但自從開始跑步後,可以很明顯感受到小腿變粗了,但是每次跑步前都會拉
筋,跑完後也會拉筋抬腿,後來也買了酸痛拉筋解剖書來看,颱風天停電就在家
拉筋,家裡也有腿部按摩機,幾乎每天都會使用美腿模式。
本來覺得大概是過渡期,所以就盡可能的拉筋舒緩。
但今天被每天見面的家人說,整個體型變壯很多 QQ ><
背部變寬(本來很窄)、整個人顯得很大隻,大腿小腿都變粗了,
自己也覺得牛仔褲比較難套進去,有感覺小腹比較緊實,
但小腹緊實的程度遠小於整個人變大隻的程度,好可怕!!!!
覺得非常非常懊惱.........也很難過........
我只想測試自己能跑多遠而已~~
而且以前都沒在運動,好不容易養成運動的習慣了,
為什麼會這樣 ><
我應該要減少運動量嗎? 還是要搭配特殊飲食呢?
因為運動是為了想吃更多,沒有很想要減重,想要體型變好看結實
但不想變大隻啊~~~~~
可以回得去嗎?
