[心得] 想要減肥,水果不可以當正餐吃
我只要一到夏天就喜歡狂喝飲料,阿不就很熱嘛~而且因為每天天氣都很好,所以常常揪
朋友到處吃吃喝喝。休假在家有時候會被熱醒,可是起來以後還是吃(我不想的~就沒事
做咩~)重!點!是!都懶得運動(我哭...)
這個夏天進行到現在,我從58變64!足足胖了6公斤了!!(我身高也才156啊...
所以我決定認真減!肥!因為我真的蠻懶得動的,所以減肥計劃是1.減少吃的份量 2.不
要吃零食 3.一天當中的其中一餐用水果代替。(這已經是非常大的讓步了...)
計畫實行一個禮拜左右立馬被我姐吐槽!她說我把水果當正餐根本是想胖死吧== 可是我
覺得水果就是最沒熱量,又有飽足感的食物啊。她就繼續吐槽說水果明明就很甜,還是會
肥。
